An Ordinance establishing the Ormoc City Mining Code of 2023
An Executive Order prohibiting all Sand and Gravel operation and/or mining activities done within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Ormoc City from Five in the afternoon (5:00pm) to seven in the morning (7:00am) on weekends and prohibiting Sand and Gravel operation on all hours during Saturdays and Sundays.
An Executive Order amending Executive Order No. 2023-0029 thereby reconstituting the Ormoc City Mining Regulatory Board.
An Order creating an Inter-Agency Task Group to address and concerns on all commercial and illegal quarry operation within Ormoc City, such as but not limited to earth fill, Sand and Gravel, and Limestone Quarry Materials.
An Executive Order for the conservation of quarry suspending the acceptance all new applications and renewals for Sand and Gravel Permits on areas within Panilahan River, suspending the export of Sand and Gravel outside the jurisdiction of Ormoc City, and directing the implementation of rehabilitation plans of all existing Sand and Gravel Permit Areas.
